Shipping Info

International Customers

We use FedEx International Economy, which includes tracking and insurance and a scheduled delivery within 5 business days. We are not responsible for any import taxes and/or international import customs duties. We reserve the right to limit or restrict shipping locations at our discretion, and we will notify you if a restriction is placed on your order.

Domestic Customers

Shipping for domestic purchases will be through United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, and will include a tracking number.

Return Policy

We're pretty confident you're going to love your ZO, so we offer a 30-day return policy for purchases made directly through the digiZoid website. All returns must be made within 30-days from the purchase date to receive a refund for the purchase price only (we will not refund shipping and handling charges). The product must be returned in good condition, in the original box, with all cables and paperwork.

To initiate a return, contact us first by sending an email to support@digizoid.com. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your name
  • The email address associated with your PayPal account
  • Purchase date or PayPal transaction ID
  • The reason why you are returning the product

Upon receiving your email, we will confirm your return service request and provide instructions for returning the product.

You can expect a refund within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete or damaged returns. For your protection, we recommend that you insure the package and utilize a form of shipping that includes a Tracking Number. If you purchased one of our products from a reseller (i.e., not directly off the digiZoid website), the return policy is that of the reseller. Please contact the reseller directly to initiate a return.

Warranty

digiZoid electronic products are backed by a ONE YEAR warranty against material and workmanship defects when used under normal installation, application, and service. The warranty is extended exclusively to the original end-user purchaser and begins on the date of purchase.

In the event a valid defect arises within the warranty period, digiZoid, at its option and to the extent permitted by law, will either replace the product with a new or refurbished unit, or will repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished parts.

This warranty will become invalid if it is evident that the product has been misused, abused, tampered with, modified, subjected to or operated outside permitted or specified conditions of use, or other such conditions that are not defects in materials and workmanship. Furthermore, digiZoid will not be responsible for any damages arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product's use.

This warranty does not apply to: (a) consumable parts, such as batteries and cables, unless damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic; (c) damage caused by accident, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (d) damage caused by service personnel who are not a representative of digiZoid or a digiZoid authorized service provider.

Prior to seeking warranty service, complete all relevant Troubleshooting steps contained in the specific product Smart Start Guide, User Manual, and by visiting our support site for information related to the issue you are trying to resolve. If the product will still not function properly after making use of these resources, please contact digiZoid by sending an email to support@digizoid.com requesting "Warranty" service. Include the following in your email:

Your name, address, and telephone number
The digiZoid product for which warranty service is being requested
Purchase date (proof of purchase may be required to verify eligibility)
Brief description of product problem

Upon receiving your email we will contact you by email or phone to confirm your warranty service request and provide instructions for returning the product. If exchange is your preferred remedy, we will ship out the replacement product at no charge as soon as possible, typically within one to three business days. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, usually within three to five business days of our receiving your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete or damaged returns. For your protection, we recommend that you insure the package and utilize a form of shipping that includes a Tracking Number.

When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided must be returned to digiZoid and becomes digiZoid's property. You must arrange for return of the original product to digiZoid in a timely manner. If you fail to return the replaced product as instructed, digiZoid will charge your credit card for the authorized amount.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW DIGIZOID IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR SERVICE OF THE PRODUCT. THE WARRANTY AND REMEDIES DESCRIBED ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES, AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN, EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DIGIZOID DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF IMPLIED WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED, THEN SUCH WARRANTIES ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. Any recovery is limited to the original purchase price.

FOR CONSUMERS, WHO ARE COVERED BY CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS OR REGULATIONS IN THEIR COUNTRY OF PURCHASE OR, IF DIFFERENT, THEIR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, THE BENEFITS CONFERRED BY THIS WARRANTY ARE IN ADDITION TO ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES CONVEYED BY SUCH CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND REGULATIONS. SOME COUNTRIES, STATES AND PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION MAY LAST, SO THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY BY COUNTRY, STATE OR PROVINCE.
